Hailcat LLC (“Hailcat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) makes the Catsweeper: 9 lives mobile app (the “App”), a logic puzzle game about a cat, an alley, and some buried sprinklers. This one page is both our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, because the App is simple enough that one page covers it. By using the App, you agree to it.
The short version.
• The App collects nothing. No analytics, no identifiers, no tracking of any kind.
• Everything — boards, scores, history, settings — lives only on your device. Deleting the App deletes all of it.
• No accounts, no ads, no purchases, no network connection at all.
• It’s a game. Play it for fun.
Privacy
The App collects no information whatsoever. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. It makes no network connections: your games, scores, history, and settings are stored only on your device and never leave it. We could not see them if we wanted to. Deleting the App removes everything it ever stored.
Apple provides us with aggregate, anonymous App Store statistics, such as download counts and ratings. These come from Apple, describe no individual, and are not connected to anything in the App.
The App and this site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — children included — because the App collects nothing at all.
Terms
- License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the App on your Apple devices, subject to Apple’s standard App Store terms.
- As-is. The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hailcat LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. (It’s a puzzle game about a cat; the stakes are low.)
- Scores. Scores and history are stored on your device only and may be reset by App updates or deletion. They have no monetary value.
- Changes. We may update the App and this page from time to time. We’ll keep the “Last updated” date above current. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Hailcat LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
